Guidelines for Designing Ads:

  • All Ads must be in PDF format
  • Keep all text 1/4″ away from the edge to prevent it from getting trimmed.
  • The resolution of the ads needs to be 300 DPI.
  • B/W ads need to be built using black ink and not CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) or the ads might look very light.
  • Upload the final ad at this link


Following these guidelines will allow for an easy transition to the GCSS Conference Program. Your ad space reservations must be received no later than August 11, 2025 to include all ad copy.
